2014 AMA Supercross – Anaheim 2 Results

Chad Reed earned his first AMA Supercross win in nearly two years with a hard-fought battle in the second round of three rounds at Angel Stadium in Anaheim, Calif. The win was the 42nd career victory for the TwoTwo Motorsports Kawasaki rider, but the first since Jan. 21, 2012, in Los Angeles.

WSBK: 2012 Miller Results

Marco Melandri earned BMW its second ever World Superbike victory to move into second place in the championship standings behind Max Biaggi in the series’ only stop in the United States. Melandri won a red-flagged Race Two at Utah’s Miller Motorsports Park after finishing second to defending WSBK Champion Carlos Checa in Race One to give him 142.5 points on the season, tied with Kawasaki‘s Tom Sykes but behind Aprilia‘s Biaggi who leads the way with 160.5 points. 2014 Suzuki V-Strom 1000 Concept

Suzuki is currently testing prototype versions of the 2014 V-Strom 1000 first teased during the Intermot Expo in Germany last year. The company also has a dedicated V-Strom 1000 website centered around the concept, its inception, design challenges, and what Suzuki hopes to achieve with the new model. Judging by the photos, the new Strom will retain the same 996cc V-Twin engine first seen on the original Strom 1000 11 years ago.
