Suzuki Boulevard description

You are bidding on a pristine 2007 Suzuki M019R.  It has very low miles, is garage kept and absolutely immaculate.   It has several non engine related upgrades including  Corbin HEATED leather saddle and pillion with backrest. Upgraded rear shock with Progressive Suspension adjustable preload shock. This allows the rider to dial in more or less preload depending on one or two up riding. Out front the fork fluids and seals are fresh.  The tires, Dunlop E3s  have less than 100 miles on them and are stock sized. The reach to the handlebars is a bit long so I added Kewel Metal chromed 2" risers along with braided throttle cables. Finally, when the wheels were off  for tires I replaced the rubber valve stems with right angle rigid aluminum valve stems.  Other than K&N Filters and the above this bike is all stock and in perfect shape. I also have a complete service manual and owner's manual.   I don't have much time ride anymore and need the garage space.

I have 100% positive feedback buying and selling plenty of items on EBAY including motorcycles.  Please, serious bidders only.

Winning bidder must arrange for pick-up.  Seller does not pay for freight. Personal pick-up is okay.

K-Tech release 25SSK for Big Piston Forks

Mon, 21 May 2012

K-Tech have released their popular 25SSK front fork open cartridge system to fit all Showa Big Piston Forks. Here's what K-Tech have to say about them: These lightweight aluminium units are supplied to the same exacting specification as all other 25SSK fitments with 14mm piston rods and a 25mm cartridge tube, the 14mm piston rods displace a large volume of oil through the 25mm control pistons giving enhanced damping characteristics over the standard Big Piston Fork and allow a bigger volume of air for a more precise feel at the bottom of the fork travel. The cartridge kits have compression and rebound adjustment in both legs and are supplied with 1.5mm Flow Control Valves for a more accurate adjustment, all necessary hardware is supplied to convert the Big Piston Forks to take the cartridges but it is necessary to order the springs you require as these are not included, customer price for the 25SSK cartridges is £725.00 + VAT and are available for the following models:- Honda CBR1000RR 2012 Kawasaki ZX6-R 2009-2012 Kawasaki ZX10-R 2011-2012 Suzuki GSXR600 2011-2012 Suzuki GSXR1000 2009-2012 Contact K-Tech on: +44(0)1283 559007.

Dunno 'bout you but most of my sixteenth year was spent picking gravel out of my knees. I think I probably fell of my Fizzie at least once a week. All of it was my fault, of course.

AMA Pro Racing Announces Basic Twins Flat Track Class for 2014 Season

Fri, 12 Apr 2013

AMA Pro Racing announced a new class for Flat Track racing designed to provide a new stepping stone for up-and-coming Pro-licensed racers, replacing the Pro Singles class in 2014. The new class, to be called Basic Twins, is more or less a revival of the Basic Expert Twins division that ran during the 2007 and 2008 seasons, but dropped when the Pro Singles class was introduced for 2009. The new class will give young racers a chance to showcase their skills on Twins, easing their transition to eventually enter the Grand National Expert Twins class.
