Air Research Suzuki GTP 550 Turbine Cafe Racer
Tue, 25 Sep 2012Emile van Essen is from North Holland and, in a stroke of brilliance/lunacy, has replaced the original two-stroke three-cylinder of a 1976 Suzuki GT550 with a turbine. Sadly it does take a bit of time to get going, although any displeasure you might feel as a result would no doubt be offset by the joy of riding down the street emitting an ear-splitting howl, shattering glass and generally disturbing the peace.

Mon, 26 May 2014Tom Sykes and Loris Baz captured a pair of one-two finishes for Kawasaki at England’s Donington Park. The first race saw the reigning World Superbike champion fight his way up from 11th place for the win while Race 2 offered a three-way battle between the two Kawasaki riders and Aprilia‘s Sylvain Guintoli. Fri, 04 Nov 2011Suzuki invited a select group of moto-jounalists to the Blue Ridge Mountains this week to sample the 2012 V-Stom 650 ABS. The mildly reworked mid-size adventure-tourer proved itself to be an upgraded version of the popular original model. During the two-day test we rode paved two-lane byways and a few dirt road segments.
