Suzuki Boulevard description

2005 Suzuki Boulevard C50, The Boulevard C50 is a cruiser style motorcycle and is outfitted from the factory to carry a passenger. While most components were carried over from the Volusia line, the Boulevard series utilizes fuel injection instead of a carburetor. The engine is a liquid cooled 50-cubic-inch (805cc) engine in a 45-degree V-Twin configuration. The 5-speed transmission transfers power to the rear wheel via a shaft drive. Overall, the C50 measures 98.4 inches in length with 27.6 inch seat height. Other standard features include a 4.1 US Gallon fuel tank, front-disc/rear-drum brakes, and driver floorboards. However, two unfortunate and costly blows hit the paddock; the banning of tobacco advertising in 2005 followed by the global economic crisis. The off-shoot saw grid numbers drastically dwindle with staple teams, like Kenny Roberts' outfit, and manufacturers, Kawasaki and Suzuki, succumbing to the events and disappearing.
