Great bike for the open road. Recently I upgraded the bike with a 2013 motor. Runs and drives like a brand new bike. It only has aprox. 11,250 miles. Clear/Clean title in hand. Here is what's left to do: 1. Front Fender needs to be painted to match gray tone in bike $150. 2. Cosmetic-Head light casing has a small dent. Just needs to be knocked out (can't tell unless your looking for it). Or you could buy a new/used one on ebay for $100.00 Please feel free to contact me via email/text with any questions. Asking $3,400 OBO May consider trade for 4x4 Truck, Excursion, Corvette, Mustang, etc... No Trash! **This bike is AS-IS, which means no warranty/guarantee. I am not a professional mechanic. Wed, 23 Mar 2016The Japanese are celebrating the 35th anniversary of the legendary Suzuki Katana motorcycle, whose appearance on the road still stuns the layman. Back in the day, the Japanese manufacturer relied on the European design studio Target Design to get an innovative motorcycle. Hans Muth, the ex-BMW designer at the time, presented two concepts: a 650cc prototype and a 1100cc version that ended up on the assembly line.
Suzuki Contributes to Philippines Typhoon Relief Efforts
Mon, 18 Nov 2013Suzuki announced it will donate ¥7 million (US$70,013) in aid to help those in the Philippines affected by Typhoon Haiyan. Suzuki joins Honda and Yamaha which have both previously pledged aid to the Philippines. The latest numbers have raised the death toll to 3,951 people, with another 1,598 still unaccounted for, and another 4 million displaced from their homes.
Maybe the Evo class is the future for WSB?
Thu, 05 May 2011Did we see the future of World Superbike racing last weekend at the BSB event? Possibly, but only if everyone is on Evo spec machines in 2012. By setting the 2nd fastest lap in race one and running second for a while in race two, the brilliant Alex Lowes proved that with a good grid position an Evo spec machine can be competitive for part race distance at least.
