1965 Suzuki MD50. Everything works (lights, horn, neutral indicator, etc.). Starts right up and runs/drives great. Carburetor cleaned and adjusted, muffler baffle cleaned, carbon removed from piston and cylinder head. New sealed lead-acid battery. Tank liner installed. New speedometer/odometer and headlamp housing. Otherwise, externally nothing has been restored (original paint, hardware, etc.). There is some discoloration on the tank chrome that appears to be permanent (see photos). Ignition switch works but is not keyed (switch can be turned on/off with anything that fits into key slot). Admittedly, traffic was light, so squirting through the city streets on our way to the surrounding hills was a breeze, making it even more so, was Royal Enfield’s latest addition to its lineup: the Guerrilla 450. Somewhat of a street scrambler-style motorcycle, the Guerrilla 450 shares many similarities with the Himalayan that was developed alongside it.
