Other All description

First id like to state that there is no title for this machine nor do I know the actually year but I had to put something in the spots. I can obtain a title in my name as I realize that is a problem for some states but dont want to spend the money on a vehicle im selling. As you can see it is a project and ive had it for many years. The engine turns over clean with good compression. the coil is missing so i never attempted to start it. Most of it is there except the obvious missing items..tool boxes , head light , ignition switch , tail light and basically anything rubber. I dont see any I dont see any damage to the cylinder or head fins. My father told me he pulled the plug on it a few years back and oiled the cylinder but i will verify those are good if I try and start it. The swingarm bushings are shot , the gas tank is dented but clean inside, the paint is rough, the tires are trash but...its a Supermax! The front fender is off but with it and the right engine cover was off when the removed the coil so its just stuck on. I will try to find time to install a temporary coil and clean the carburetor to make it run and will update the listing if that happens. It does roll well but why sugar coat the fact that it needs a full restore....or cool survivor custom? I dont have to have it out of the way right now so I can hold it for a little while until picked up but you need to ask first......dont buy and ask me to hold for 6 months after the fact.

I DID MAKE IT RUN. I put the coil and carburetor from another nsu project and a hot battery hot wired in with the old 30 year old spark plug and it started on the 3rd kick. I tried my best to load a video on youtube but had no success. if you would like to hear it running please send me an email with your email address included and I will send you a video back. If i get youtube to cooperate ill add the link to this listing.

Also , the spark plug threads are goodand i did get all four gears when shifting not running but didnt try as I dont have the clutch cable hooked up/
