An express delivery option is available for £4.99 on selected items. If your order is placed before 2pm (Monday to Friday) and is in stock, items will be sent the same day and delivered within 2 working days (for some out of areas postcodes, deliveries might take slightly longer).

PLEASE NOTE: All deliveries are made by courier and will require a signature. The courier will attempt to deliver the item twice before returning the item to us. Please ensure someone is present to sign for the item. Should the item be returned to us we will have to charge for re-delivery.

We run an automated ordering system so please ensure your correct shipping address is selected on the PayPal / eBay checkout as we can only send to the address that comes through. This is a strict eBay/Paypal policy.

For orders cancelled after despatch you must follow our returns procedure. You are responsible for both the outgoing and return postage costs.

Orders Delayed/Missing in Transit

We promise we'll do everything we can to ensure you receive your order within the time-frame specified. Occasionally events beyond our control may result in your parcel being delayed whilst it is with the courier and we cannot be held responsible for such delays.

All parcels are fully insured and if your parcel is lost or delayed, let us know and we'll act quickly to locate it, bearing in mind the points below. All claims for missing items must be made within 28 days of the date of your order.

Express Services

So as you're our valued customers we are now offering a paid £4.99 next working day delivery (Excludes weekends). To qualify for the next working day the cut off for an order is 2pm the day before. However we are still operating the free 1-3 working days delivery that our customers love.

We are very pleased to announce that the vast majority of orders will be delivered by either Royal Mail, Yodel or Fedex. All of these couriers offer an excellent service and we are very pleased to have them on board. The courier chosen to deliver your parcel will depend on the size and weight of the goods you have purchased along with your location. As soon as your order has been dispatched we will email you with the details of the courier along with your tracking number.

What do I do if I have not received my delivery?

Please send a message via eBay messages and we'll get back to you quickly with a response and tracking information.

How much does delivery cost and how long will it take?

All of our listings have free delivery to UK mainland addresses (please see exclusion list for out of area zones) and use our standard 1-3 day delivery service. Please note that we do not dispatch orders on weekends.

Which delivery companies do you use?

The delivery company that we use will depend on the size, weight and value of your order and the address to which you are having it delivered. The main companies that we using now are Royal Mail, Yodel or Fedex.

For Royal Mail deliveries - the tracking available for your order will depend on the Royal Mail service being used to deliver your parcel. If your consignment number is a 13 digit number and starts with the letter F then you can track your delivery by visiting the Royal Mail website. For parcels sent via Packet Post where the consignment number starts with the letters RB there is currently no tracking service available but please note that they can take up to 5 days. If you have not received your parcel within this time please contact us.

Yodel's deal with our battery deliveries and products above 1.5kg. They will require a signature for these deliveries.

For Fedex deliveries, please visit the Fedex website and use your consignment number to track your delivery.

What happens if I'm not at home to accept delivery?

If you are not available to sign for your delivery, the courier will leave a card to advise that delivery has been attempted. To re-arrange delivery or arrange to collect the parcel, please follow the instructions on the card.

MotoRider offers a 14 day returns policy. Please return your item(s) in original packaging and ensure that all packages are securely wrapped. Failure to do so will delay your refund.

DO NOT RETURN ANY ITEMS WITHOUT A RETURNS AUTHORITY NUMBER. THE ITEM WILL BE REJECTED WITHOUT ONE.

The buyer is responsible for all postage costs for products returned under our Returns Procedure.

MotoRider will not accept responsibility for loss or damage of goods during transit returns, please ensure that the extra insurance cover option is taken where possible.

Upon receipt, all products will be inspected and at our discretion, a refund may be refused for any of the reasons defined below. If refused, the buyer is responsible for collection of the refused product.

If the original retail product box is lost, damaged, defaced, not fit for retail or rendered unusable, then a refund will be refused. DO NOT STICK POSTAL STICKERS OR STICKY TAPE DIRECTLY TO THE ITEMS OR BOXES or we will have to reject the return.

Any shipping damages must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt for us to raise any claims with our courier. Any claims after 24 hours will be dismissed for a claim.

We are fully compliant with the Distance Selling Regulations.

Used / Damaged / Blemished Merchandise

  • Any merchandise which has been "taken out for a ride" is considered used and cannot be returned. We encourage you to walk on your carpet in your boots and to try your helmet on indoors before heading out on the bike.
  • Any merchandise or parts which shows signs of use (wear, bugs, dirt, smell, pet hair, scuffing, mounting, etc) or otherwise is in a condition other than it was received cannot be returned.
  • eBay is an excellent resource if you have a used item you do not want that can no longer be returned to MotoRider.

Apparel, Clothing and Helmets

  • Apparel items must be packed in their original garment bag (or equivalent plastic bag protection) and include all original tags. The plastic bag protects the item from the cardboard. Items packaged without this protection most likely will arrive scuffed and will be returned to the customer.
  • Helmets must be shipped back as they were received in their original helmet bag, box and include all original paperwork and accessories.
  • Items that are returned with missing or damaged packaging, tags, components, or hangers may be returned to the customer or subject to an additional processing fee of up to 20% of the merchandise cost based on the availability of those missing or damaged components.

Electronics, Hard Parts, Tools, Tyres

  • Any electronic which has been removed from packaging or manufacturer seal broken is non-returnable.
  • Any part which has been installed or shows signs of attempting to be installed on a vehicle is non-returnable.
  • Any Tool or Chemical that has been opened or seal broken is non-returnable.
  • Open box items for which the packaging has been destroyed are not returnable.

International Returns

  • International shipments should be marked as a "Merchandise Return" with a carrier that does not levy brokerage fees. Customer is responsible for any applicable brokerage or customs charges.
  • Any items shipped COD or having additional brokerage fees that are charged to MotoRider upon delivery will be rejected.

Defects

  • Each manufacturer has its own warranty policy. MotoRider will assist customers with their warranty; however MotoRider does not provide any direct warranty on any item sold.

Order Cancellation / Modifications

  • If you change your mind, act quickly! We turn around and process orders extremely quickly.
  • Orders can be modified or cancelled only while their status is labelled "In Process." Once an order has been "Sent to Warehouse," it cannot be cancelled or modified, as the order has been processed by our warehouse and we are awaiting tracking information.

Warranty Returns

  • Most manufacturers offer an additional warranty period which covers against merchandise defects. To determine warranty requirements for a specific item, please contact the manufacturer or contact us for assistance.
  • Please note warranty processing may take 4-8 weeks and will be subject to the individual manufacturer's policies and discretion. Manufacturer warranties do not cover defects determined to be caused by normal wear or due to customer negligence.

Damaged Goods

  • Please let us know ASAP if any goods arrive damaged. Please keep all original shipping containers and take pictures if possible. Damaged goods claims are handled through the shipping carrier (UPS, FedEx, Yodel). We will assist our customers in these claims. We only ask that customers be patient as sometimes this process can take longer than any of us would like!

Exchanges

  • Need to make an exchange? After you process your return, simply place a new order for the exchange merchandise. That means you'll claim available item in stock and get your exchange item faster!
  • The buyer is still responsible for return shipping on your original order back to us.
  • Certain products are treated specially for legal and/or health and safety reasons, It is important for your own and our couriers safety that they are followed. As well as the above procedures the below must also be adhered to.

Motorcycle Batteries

  • Batteries/wet packs must NOT be removed from the sealed bag. Batteries must be returned in the original, un-damaged box. Failure to do so will result in the courier NOT collecting the product.
  • If the original battery shipment box is lost, damaged, defaced, not fit for retail or unusable a suitable replacement box which meets the legal guidelines for the carriage of wet, prefilled batteries must be purchased. MotoRider can supply this at a cost of £5.99.

Almost a year ago, Kymco presented its first DTX 360 crossover scooter, and just the other day it became known that Kymco introduced its younger brother DTX 125, which is declared as a 2022 model in Europe. it is equipped with a 125 cc liquid-cooled engine that develops a maximum power of 13 hp at 8750 rpm. The decrease in cubic capacity also affected the mass of the device: the DTX 125 "lost" to 176 kg.

Kymco Quannon 150 Unveiled

Taiwan-based Kymco unveiled three new products earlier this month at the International Motorcycle Show in Long Beach, CA., including the Quannon 150. The air-cooled 149.3cc single-cylinder “sportbike” weighs 299 lbs and produces 14 hp allegedly allowing it to reach speeds of 72 mph. Speed is unlikely to be the main goal for beginners or commuters who purchase such a bike, but the claimed 70-75 mpg fuel efficiency will surely strike their fancy.
