Part came from 2005 Kymco People 50 Scooter. Left body EDGING. KEEP IN MIND: This part was manufactured in 2005; wear and tear is accordingly. · Please assume that any small parts such as bolts and nuts do not come in the purchase, unless specified in description. We are a large Powersport business and we have new parts coming in and out of our shop everyday. All of our USED parts are off machines that have been taken apart in our shop. Sometimes small parts such as bolts and nuts, get misplaced. Thu, 08 Nov 2018Kymco has carved out a niche producing scooters and small-displacement motorcycles like the K-Pipe 125, but the Taiwanese manufacturer now wants to reshape how we think about electric motorcycles. Debuting at EICMA, the Kymco SuperNEX concept looks to address some of issues consumers have about electric two-wheelers. While designing the SuperNEX, Kymco looked some of the qualities people enjoy about riding motorcycles that are lacking in most electric two-wheelers currently on the market.
Kymco to Supply BMW with i3 Electric Car Range Extender and New 400cc Scooter Engine
Fri, 25 Jan 2013The automotive world has been buzzing of late about BMW‘s upcoming i3 electric car having an optional range extending gas-powered motorcycle engine. As our sister site Autoguide.com reports, the i3 will be available with an optional two-cylinder BMW motorcycle engine to power a generator which can recharge the electric motor and extend the vehicle’s range to 250 miles compared to a range of 60-90 miles relying just on the battery. It turns out that two-cylinder motorcycle engine will actually be provided to BMW by Taiwanese manufacturer Kymco.

Its 699.5cc parallel-Twin engine is larger than anything the Taiwanese company has ever mounted in a two-wheeler, 200cc bigger than the Xciting 500i. The MyRoad also boasts three-way electronically adjustable suspension, radial-mount brakes and passenger footpegs that flip out to deploy in James Bond style.
