Kymco 500Ri description

Purchased brand new in 2013 as a 2012 holdover.  I'm 83 and bought this thinking I could still ride.  I no longer have the balance or strength to ride.  I'ts been parked in the garage since it was delivered new and was never ridden other than a test drive by my son after delivery.  Battery has been on a battery tender when needed and has been started frequently since purchase.  Runs and looks like brand new.  3 actual miles.  This is the non-ABS model.  These retail for $6,299.  This is your change to get a brand new scooter at a fraction of retail.

Anybody who's been riding for more than a week or so has been "axed" this question. And most of the time, the best response is to steer the questioner to something with a low seat, lightweight, and a motor that isn't too powerful. Lightweight cruisers are ideal for this purpose, with their low seats and less-than-powerful motors.

1500cc of Fury divided five ways: Honda Forza vs Kymco Downtown 300i vs Piaggio BV350 vs SYM Citycom 300i vs Vespa GTS 300 Super ABS Credit: Photos by Evans Brasfield | Videos by McNally Multimedia It really is a fine line between open-minded and cheap, between hip and hopeless, betwixt trending and tanking … and if you ride a scooter, you ride the razor’s edge, my friend. Obviously one has to be secure in one’s man or womanhood to even begin; my male college kid won’t be seen in the same garage with any scooter for fear it will dilute his musk. At the cool end of the scale, there’s our photographer/filmmaker/ballet dancer friend Richard Wright, who also finds time to head up the Bevery Hills Scooter Club and tear up Latigo Canyon on his bored-out Aprilia 250.

2014 Kymco MyRoad 700i Review

Thu, 19 Dec 2013

The largest-displacement scooter in America Credit: Photos by Evans Brasfield & Kymco The MyRoad 700i represents a milestone for Kymco. Its 699.5cc parallel-Twin engine is larger than anything the Taiwanese company has ever mounted in a two-wheeler, 200cc bigger than the Xciting 500i. The MyRoad also boasts three-way electronically adjustable suspension, radial-mount brakes and passenger footpegs that flip out to deploy in James Bond style.
