2008 KTM 50 SX Senior in excellent condition. The motor was just recently refreshed, both the top and bottom. A new OEM crank and piston were put in. There was nothing wrong with the old crank or piston, but just added for added reliability. The old crank and piston will go with the sale of the bike. The bike also has a brand new OEM clutch plus clutch basket; again this added for reliability. The bike also has a new seat cover and FMF silencer. Also, a new front and back rotor were put on, again not because there was anything wrong with the old brake rotors but to add extra safety. The bike will also come with brand new plastic and decals; I was going to put on but never got around to it. The tires as well as the sprockets and chain are all in excellent condition. The bike runs like new and needs nothing. The transmission oil was changed after every ride. I will also come with a new spark plug; It already has a new plug in it. KTM 790 Duke Returns for 2022
Tue, 15 Mar 2022The Scalpel is back In a surprising move, KTM is bringing back the 790 Duke, returning “the Scalpel” to its lineup in select markets after a very brief absence. The 790 Duke was introduced in 2017, but it was quickly supplanted by the 890 Duke R in 2019 as KTM’s top middleweight naked. The 790 was dropped completely for the 2021 model year, replaced by a new non-R 890 Duke.
AMA Supercross: 2012 San Diego Results
Mon, 13 Feb 2012Ryan Villopoto captured his second straight victory, winning the San Diego round of the 2012 AMA Supercross championship. The Monster Energy Kawasaki rider now has three wins on the season, two more than anyone else, but his hold on the championship points lead has only increased to six points. Villopoto took the lead on the second lap of the main event after overtaking Brett Metcalfe of Yoshimura Suzuki who took the holeshot, with Villopoto‘s teammate Jake Weimer also in the lead group.
AMA Pro SuperBike Heads To Road America For Round 2 Of AMA Pro Road Racing
Fri, 30 May 2014The 2014 AMA Pro Road Racing season resumes this weekend with the Subway SuperBike Doubleheader at Road America, in Elkhart Lake, Wis., and all eyes will be on 21-year-old AMA Pro SuperBike rookie Cameron Beaubier on the No. 2 Monster Energy Graves Yamaha YZF-R1. Beaubier may be the new kid on the block, but he entered the season opener at Daytona International Speedway with high expectations.
