Suzuki GS500F. This is a great, fun to ride bike. I bought it to drive to work. It gets 50 mpg and, until I had my knee replaced, it is a very comfortable bike. You can read many articles online that rate this as a great bike for touring. It is in very good condition. Front tire may need to be replaced soon. It is original. The rear tire was replaced at 7,000 miles. There are a couple of minor scratches on the tank. Because of my knee problems I have not been able to ride it for a couple of years. Got it out of storage and took it to a dealer to check over. They overhauled the carburetors. I am still not able to ride it because it bends by knee too much. It was advertised as a great beginners bike but I have found that it is more that that. Sale also includes Arai Quantum II helmet. It is size Large, Twisted Red. 2023 KTM RC 8C Review
Wed, 31 May 2023It had been quite a while since I last rode a multi-cylinder KTM on a racetrack – all the way back to 2011 and the Red Bull-sponsored factory RC8R 1200cc V-twin on which Martin Bauer was victorious in that year’s IDM German Superbike Championship, with teammate Stefan Nebel third. That was a key moment in the Austrian dirtbike specialist’s climb up the ladder to equal status with the likes of Honda and Ducati in the road racing pantheon, and showed that orange was a color to be reckoned with on-road as well as off it. KTM invited Alan Cathcart to join 30 customers to pick up their new RC 8Cs in Valencia and hobnob with the likes of Jeremy McWilliams, Mika Kallio, and Brad Binder.
