The 2015 KTM Super Duke 1290 R is a Sport Style Motorcycle equipped with
an 1301cc, Liquid Cooled, V Twin, DOHC, 4-Stroke Engine and a 6-Speed
Manual Transmission.
It has a Inverted Fork Front Suspension while the Rear Suspension consists of a Single Sided Swing Arm. The Super Duke 1290 R has Front Dual Disc Brakes and Rear Disc Brakes. KTM 1290 Super Duke R Prototype to be Ridden at Goodwood Festival

An actual production version is on its way, as recent spy photos indicate, but the actual prototype displayed at Milan still maintains an aura of mystique. 2012 AMA Motorcycle Hall of Fame Class Nominees Announced
Tue, 03 Apr 2012The American Motorcycle Heritage Foundation released its list of nominees for the AMA Hall of Fame Museum induction class of 2012. The 26 nominees represents a wide range of contributions to motorcycling, from motocross champions and Daytona 200 winners to tuners to motorcycle rights advocates. The selection committee will further trim the list down to six individuals, three from competition categories and three from non-competition categories.
2013 KTM SX Lineup Revealed
Wed, 16 May 2012KTM revealed its 2013 motocross model lineup featuring a new 250 four-stroke engine and updates to the 350 powerplant. The 2013 KTM 250 SX-F gets a new powerplant said to be lighter than the previous engine thanks to a new high-strength aluminum alloy. The new engine has a 78mm bore and a 52.3 mm stroke, compared to the previous model’s 76mm bore and 54.8mm stroke.
