For sale is my 2013 KTM 450 XC-W. Yes, I love this bike, but there is more than 1 reason why I have to sell. 34.5 hours to be exact. Oil/filter has been changed and air filter cleaned after every ride. Suspension springs have been changed for 200lb rider . I will also give you the stock springs , Included with the bike is a KTM plastic skid plate, KTM hard parts seat , fasst flexx bars , scotts under the bar steering damper , ride eng triple clamps , Probend aluminum barkbusters with KTM deflectors. Th bike is Titled and Registered in ALABAMA AND IT DOES HAVE A TAG . You can get the registration transferred to you easily - I have the title . This is NOT easy to do in Alabama for this bike ....so that's worth a bit IMO.I've got $9500 invested, asking $7,500 Bike is at Big O's cycles in clanton if you would like to stop by and check it out , Happy to talk about the bike over the phone -. FIM Updates Superbike Racing Homologation Lists for 2013
Tue, 19 Feb 2013The International Motorcycling Federation (FIM) has released an updated list of motorcycles homologated for the 2013 Superbike, Supersport, and Superstock racing season. Notable additions include the new BMW S1000RR HP4, the MV Agusta F3 and the Superbike-spec Ducati 1199 Panigale R. To qualify a production-based racebike for FIM homologations, manufacturers have to meet certain production thresholds.
2015 KTM 1290 Super Adventure Confirmed
Wed, 20 Aug 2014KTM has officially confirmed it will launch the new 1290 Super Adventure on Sept. 30 at the Intermot show in Cologne. To tide us over until then, KTM released this official image of the adventure-tourer and provided a few details, describing it as the “absolute pinnacle of luxury sport-touring riding.” Based on its name, we assume the Super Adventure will use the same engine as the 1290 Super Duke R.
AMA Supercross: 2012 Houston Results
Mon, 02 Apr 2012Ryan Villopoto has captured the 2012 AMA Supercross Championship with a dominating performance at Reliant Stadium in Houston, Texas. The Monster Energy Kawasaki racer took the lead early in the race after passing holeshot-taker Davi Millsaps on the opening lap. Villopoto would lead the rest of the way for his eighth win of the season.
