“KTM Behind the Machine” Video Series

KTM is producing a new video series offering a look behind the scenes of the 2011 AMA Motocross and AMA NationalEnduro championships. The six-episode ‘KTM Behind the Machine” series, which premieres Sept. 30 on KTM‘s,  follows the Red Bull KTM Motocross team and the FMF KTM off-road racing team.

Under the Skin of a KTM RC8 R-Powered Sidecar Racer

If you’ve never seen a sidecar race, you’d be amazed at how different it is from motorcycle racing. Not only do you have some entirely different physics at work with the third wheel, you also have a passenger sprawled over the chassis behind the rider, sticking his body out to either side at lean angles that would make Marc Marquez break a sweat. 2022 KTM 1290 Super Duke R EVO First Look

The KTM 1290 Super Duke R is getting a new EVO variant for 2022, adding semi-active suspension to what was already a very potent package. As we discussed in our 2021 Heavyweight Naked Bike Spec Shootout, the 1290 Super Duke R (along with the Triumph Speed Triple 1200 RS) is one of the few bikes in the comparison that does not offer some form of electronic suspension. That’s going to be rectified with the new 1290 Super Duke R EVO which receives a next-generation WP APEX semi-active suspension.
