Can be set up back to MX bike in two to 3 hours, at no cost. This bike was purchased for Flat track racing, the suspension was setup by Ronnie Brown. It has NEVER been jumped or on a motor cross track, the original tires, wheels and hubs from the factory are new, plus there are many NEW spares. The motor is completely stock, didn't need anymore horespower to dominate the flat track series. This bike has won every race it entered, we have only raced it two seasons, as I said it is in new condition my rider is moving up to a crf150r. Ryan Dungey Propels KTM to First AMA Motocross Championship
Fri, 24 Aug 2012The combination of racer Ryan Dungey, team manager Roger de Coster and the KTM 450 SX-F has delivered KTM its first ever 450 AMA Motocross title. Dungey rebounded from a first-lap crash in the opening moto at Unadilla Raceway to sweep both motos and clinch the 2012 AMA Motocross championship. The sweep gave the Red Bull KTM factory rider 450 points on the season and an insurmountable 113-point gap over MotoConcepts Suzuki‘s Mike Alessi.
2014 KTM 1190 Adventure Introduces Motorcycle Stability Control Technology
Tue, 24 Sep 2013KTM unveiled the 2014 versions of the 1190 Adventure and 1190 Adventure R, along with a new rider assist system it calls Motorcycle Stability Control (MSC). Developed with anti-lock brake system manufacturer Bosch, MSC applies combined-ABS and traction control even when leaned over into a curve. Sensors gather data on various parameters including wheel speed, lean angle, pitch angle, acceleration and braking pressure.
KTM 1290 Super Duke R Prototype to be Ridden at Goodwood Festival

An actual production version is on its way, as recent spy photos indicate, but the actual prototype displayed at Milan still maintains an aura of mystique. The specs sheet, for example, was intentionally vague.
