2009 KTM DUKE 690

This bike is virtually brand new.  It only has 410 miles on it.  I worked a lot over seas and never had a chance to ride it.  The bike does not have any scratches at all on it and it has never fallen.  I rode it a few times lately and it is running perfect.  I added KTM covers on the hydraulic clutch and the front brake and added supermotard mirrors.  I still have the original KTM mirrors which will also come with the bike for the winner bidder.  I have 2 original keys, owner's manual and also the KTM bag in the picture comes with the bike.  This is a really great bike for a great price if you love KTM.

Serious bidder's only.  If you have no feedback, please contact first before you bid.  Buyer is responsible for pick-up and/or shipping, but I can help with the arrangements.  $500 deposit required within 24 hours after auction ends through PayPal.  For the rest, I will only take a cashier's check, cash, or certified check from a bank.  Contact with me with any questions.  Good luck bidding!

2014 AMA Supercross – Anaheim 3 Results

Mon, 03 Feb 2014

Chad Reed tasted victory for the second time in three weeks at Angel Stadium in Anaheim, Calif., leading all 20 laps and fending off a last-lap challenge from rookie upstart Ken Roczen. Reed, who also won the Jan. 18 round in the second of three Anaheim races, now trails fellow Kawasaki rider Ryan Villopoto by just two points in the 2014 AMA Supercross championship race.

Small-Displacement Class Considered for 2015 AMA Pro Racing Season

Wed, 04 Dec 2013

More and more manufacturers are entering the small-displacement sportbike market and AMA Pro Racing has taken notice, opening the possibility of adding a new racing class representing the growing segment. With plans to consolidate the Daytona Sportbike and Supersport classes and the Vance & Hines Harley-Davidson series signed through 2015, a spot will open up on race weekends for another racing class to support the premier Superbike Championship. The logical choice is to introduce a new small-displacement class.

Under the Skin of a KTM RC8 R-Powered Sidecar Racer

Thu, 23 May 2013

If you’ve never seen a sidecar race, you’d be amazed at how different it is from motorcycle racing. Not only do you have some entirely different physics at work with the third wheel, you also have a passenger sprawled over the chassis behind the rider, sticking his body out to either side at lean angles that would make Marc Marquez break a sweat. Check out the video after the jump to see for yourself.
