Under the Skin of a KTM RC8 R-Powered Sidecar Racer

Thu, 23 May 2013

If you’ve never seen a sidecar race, you’d be amazed at how different it is from motorcycle racing. Not only do you have some entirely different physics at work with the third wheel, you also have a passenger sprawled over the chassis behind the rider, sticking his body out to either side at lean angles that would make Marc Marquez break a sweat. 2015 KTM EXC Enduro Lineup Revealed

Tue, 17 Jun 2014

KTM revealed its 2015 Enduro range, including both two-stroke and four-stroke EXC models. The updates to the 2015 EXC lineup are mostly minor, as KTM saw little that needed improvement on the machines that won the Enduro World Championship E1 and E3 class, EnduroCross, SuperEnduro, and International Six Days Enduro overall titles, not to mention a number of X-Games gold medals. The 2015 range consists of the four-stroke 250 EXC-F, 350 EXC-F, 450 EXC and 500 EXC while two-stroke engines power the 125 EXC, 200 EXC, 250 EXC and 300 EXC.

Yes they look slick as they kiss another apex, crest another rise with the front wheel pawing the air (those clichés are TM BIKE magazine by the way). But you don't often get to see anything 'behind the scenes'.
