08' KTM 85xc. Bike starts first kick and runs great. Recently replaced rear wheel bearings, shock bearings, rear brake pads, and rear tire. I changed the oil and cleaned the air filter after every couple hours. Bike comes with FMF pipe and silencer, Enduro Engineering bark busters, PG graphics, Pro Taper handle bars, and the stock silencer. Here in the US, KTM’s 390 Duke has been the smallest member of the Duke family (although that’s no longer true as the 250 and 200 Dukes cross the ocean, too). As the baby Duke in America, we generally look at it with kid gloves, a cute learner bike for someone to start with before coming up through the ranks.
2015 KTM 1290 Super Adventure Confirmed
Wed, 20 Aug 2014KTM has officially confirmed it will launch the new 1290 Super Adventure on Sept. 30 at the Intermot show in Cologne. To tide us over until then, KTM released this official image of the adventure-tourer and provided a few details, describing it as the “absolute pinnacle of luxury sport-touring riding.” Based on its name, we assume the Super Adventure will use the same engine as the 1290 Super Duke R.
KTM brings RC250 and Duke 250 to market
Tue, 24 Mar 2015In addition to the already existing models 125, 200 and 390 created on almost the same platform, the Austrians have added a 248.8cc sportbike and naked bike. The power plant of motorcycles is based on the older Duke model and produces 31hp.
