I have a 2008 KTM 50cc Dirt Bike for sale. Asking 900.00 OBO. It is in good shape very low hours. I bought it for my son 2 yrs ago. It road it a hand full of times but liked his older brothers quad way more. I was keeping it for my daughter but she wants a quad as well. Day 3 Dakar 2014: Barreda Maintains Overall Lead, Despres Catches Up

Joan Barreda won his second special stage this year and now boasts a lead of more than 13 minutes over Cyril Despres and Marc Coma, the two other beneficiaries of a particularly decisive stage. Today’s stage, part one of the first marathon stage with no team service, was characterized by the highest ever racing altitude in Dakar history. Facing the 22,841 foot summit of the Aconcagua, South America´s highest mountain, the motorcycle riders had to cross a pass over 14,107 feet in elevation in trial-like conditions.

Motorcycle Stability Control Retrofit Now Available for 2013 KTM 1190 Adventure

As promised, KTM has made available the new Motorcycle Stability Control system as a retrofit kit for 2013 1190 Adventure and Adventure R models. The 1190 Adventure models are the first motorcycles to be equipped with the MSC system from Bosch. MSC works with the 1190′s combined antilock braking and traction control systems, allowing both rider assist aids even when leaned over.

KTM is producing a new video series offering a look behind the scenes of the 2011 AMA Motocross and AMA NationalEnduro championships. The six-episode ‘KTM Behind the Machine” series, which premieres Sept. 30 on KTM‘s,  follows the Red Bull KTM Motocross team and the FMF KTM off-road racing team.
