For sale is my 2008 KTM 450 EXC-R bike, electric and kick start. Registered, insured, fully street legal from factory, and title in hand. Bike has approx 2,700 mis (108 hours) on it but may go up slightly since I still ride it on weekends when ever I get a chance. I can deliver or meet within a reasonable distance for serious buyers.-I have all papers, receipts, and service records for the bike since brand new.-GPR Steering Stabilizer-Rekluse clutch-JD Jet Kit-Cooling Fan-Skid Plate-Siccass flush tail light and blinkers-New Protaper chain-New DOT dirt tires (balanced)-2nd DOT set of tires that I changed for more aggressive dirt ones on it now. This event is open to all journalists — no credential necessary. The day kicks off at 1pm, with a press conference featuring former 450 Class Champions: Ryan Dungey, James Stewart and Chad Reed. Tue, 07 Jan 2014Joan Barreda won his second special stage this year and now boasts a lead of more than 13 minutes over Cyril Despres and Marc Coma, the two other beneficiaries of a particularly decisive stage. Today’s stage, part one of the first marathon stage with no team service, was characterized by the highest ever racing altitude in Dakar history. Facing the 22,841 foot summit of the Aconcagua, South America´s highest mountain, the motorcycle riders had to cross a pass over 14,107 feet in elevation in trial-like conditions.
