This motorcycle is in terrific condition and comes with a few extras which include an extra seat, skid plate, fender pack, and a new clutch slave cylinder guard which has never been out of the box.Not many 250XCF-W wide ratio 6 gear bikes out there available.The bike has only 346 mis and 23.5 hours on the motor. A big thanks to all at Newcastle Motorcycles for lending me a Honda CB1000F on Saturday to do nothing other than join mates for a blast round some fantastic roads in the North East. The buddies in question were Alan Smith (Bradley’s dad) and two stroke addict and race fan Chris Berriman. We headed east over the moors from the ‘Toon’ heading towards Barnard Castle then back through Consett before finishing up at the picturesque Tynemouth.

2014 KTM 1190 Adventure Introduces Motorcycle Stability Control Technology

KTM unveiled the 2014 versions of the 1190 Adventure and 1190 Adventure R, along with a new rider assist system it calls Motorcycle Stability Control (MSC). Developed with anti-lock brake system manufacturer Bosch, MSC applies combined-ABS and traction control even when leaned over into a curve. Sensors gather data on various parameters including wheel speed, lean angle, pitch angle, acceleration and braking pressure.

KTM brings RC250 and Duke 250 to market

In addition to the already existing models 125, 200 and 390 created on almost the same platform, the Austrians have added a 248.8cc sportbike and naked bike. The power plant of motorcycles is based on the older Duke model and produces 31hp.
