Selling a KTM 450 SMR setup with EXC suspension for cross-country, woods, desert.

Has a Hinson slipper clutch, and will include stock clutch, and a regular enduro front fender.

6 speed close ratio transmission JD jet kit-New tires-Fresh O-ring chain, sprockets and guides-Fresh brakes-Senior owned with low hours. Bought new in 2011 from dealer.

Professionally Maintained and Extremely Clean. Wear prone titanium on bronze grabby valves/guides replaced with sintered iron guides.

White bros titanium pipe and pro-circuit exhaust also available at extra cost if you want it.

Scotts aftermarket triple clamps. Suspension setup for a 180-200lb rider.

Fastidious oil and filter changes. This thing is clean as a whistle, starts first or second kick every time and will put a huge smile on your face. 

Can easily converted back into super moto.

US-Spec 2014 KTM Off-Road Models Revealed

A couple of weeks ago, we wrote about KTM‘s 2014 off-road lineup for Europe highlighted by an updated 250 EXC-F and other updates across the model lineup. KTM has now released information about its U.S.-spec models which include the same updates while keeping some differences from the European versions. For off-road riders in the U.S., KTM is offering the street-legal four-stroke 350 EXC-F and 500 EXC and their solely off-road XCF-W and XC-W, the four-stroke 250 XCF-W and the two-stroke 200, 250, 300 and 450 XC-W models.

KTM Presents 250cc Moto3 Engine

KTM revealed its new 250cc four-stroke engine that will be used in the Moto3 World Championship which is set to replace the 125cc class in 2012. The single cylinder engine is all new and not a repurposed motor from KTM‘s 250cc offroad engine portfolio and is said to weigh just 55 pounds. Official specs were not released, but Moto3 regulations dictate a maximum bore of 81mm, a rev limit of 14,000rpm.
