For sale is my 2013 KTM 450 XC-W. Yes, I love this bike, but there is more than 1 reason why I have to sell. It has 34.5 hours of run time to be exact. Oil/filter has been changed and air filter cleaned after every ride. Suspension springs have been changed for 200lb rider . I will also give you the stock springs , Included with the bike is a KTM plastic skid plate, KTM hard parts seat , fasst flexx bars , scotts under the bar steering damper , ride eng triple clamps , Probend aluminum barkbusters with KTM deflectors. Th bike is Titled and Registered in ALABAMA AND IT DOES HAVE A TAG . You can get the registration transferred to you easily - I have the title . This is NOT easy to do in Alabama for this bike ....so that's worth a bit IMO.I've got $9500 invested, asking $7,500 Bike is at Big O's cycles in clanton if you would like to stop by and check it out , Happy to talk about the bike over the phone -. The majority of pit bikes are of Chinese origin and I guess, are best described as modern day monkey bikes. Yes Chinese, and I’ve witnessed them being thrashed round all day long without missing a beat, so Jonny Wong and co. are finally getting there on quality and reliability! Although Pit Bikes are designed for off road use, an extra few hundred quid spent on matching up wheels, fitting tarmac tyres and some crash protection will mean you’re track ready for a total of around £600.

KTM Ready to Race Again, Entering Moto3 Class in 2012

KTM announced it will return to Grand Prix road racing in 2012 with a new racebike for the new 250cc four-stroke Moto3 class. The Austrian manufacturer discontinued its Grand Prix road racing program in 2009, withdrawing from the 125cc class (pictured above is current Moto2 racer Marc Marquez racing for the KTM factory team in the 2009 125cc class). With the Moto3 class set to replace the 125cc class in 2012, KTM will return with a new racebike.
