KTM EXC description
1997 KTM 250 EXC Bike is in great condition. Has a couple cosmetic issues, but nothing more than wear and tear. The front fender has the front lip chipped off. The FMF expansion chamber has a dent. Bike has been well maintained and runs like a bat-out-of-hell. Only mechanical issue I know of is the rear brake needs bled and might need the pads replaced. This bike usually starts on the second kick. Great compression, solid clutch, no leaks, runs awesome! This is a NON-TITLED Bike. I will provide a bill of sale. I will work with the auction winner on picking the bike up, no deliveries. You will need a truck or trailer and a ramp. Deposit is due via PayPal to cover the auction costs, with the remainder due in cash at pickup. We are located in South East Colorado Springs, with pretty easy access from I-25 / E HWY 24. Ask me any questions you have and I will get back to you as soon as I can. |

Tue, 27 Aug 2013Back in 2011, KTM introduced a new entry-level off-road model called the Freeride 350 with an astounding light claimed weight of just 218 pounds. Three years later, the Austrian has followed it up with a new 249cc two-stroke version claiming an even lighter 204 pounds. The new Freeride 250R becomes the third member of KTM’s Freeride family alongside the 350 and the electric Freeride E.
2023 KTM 890 Duke R: 5 Things You Need To Know
Tue, 12 Dec 2023We say goodbye to an instant classic with five things we love about it It’s hard to say goodbye to the ones you love, but that’s exactly what we have to do with the KTM 890 Duke R. One of our favorite bikes since its introduction, the 890 Duke R is leaving the KTM lineup to make way for the incoming 990 Duke (and the re-introduced 790 Duke). But before we bid it farewell, we put it up against some of its European contemporaries in a good old fashioned MO shootout.
KTM Fines MX2 Factory Racer Jeffrey Herlings for Bad Behavior – Video
Mon, 11 Jun 2012KTM has issued a fine and a warning to its own factory motocross racer Jeffrey Herlings for “certain behavioral issues” from the past two MX2 World Championship rounds. Herlings currently leads the MX2 World Championship standings, winning five of seven rounds including eight of 14 motos. KTM did not specify exactly what Herlings did, but the tipping point was dropping the F-bomb on live television in a post-race interview.
