Absolutely beautiful bike that is fun and easy to ride. Tons of power and has the aggressive look you want. I am the second owner of the bike. The bike has been meticulously maintained throughout the course of its life by both myself and the first owner. Always garage kept, never been laid down. Has tons of aftermarket goodies but still have all of the stock parts that were taken off in case you wanted to put them back on. KTM to Enter MotoGP World Championship in 2017
Thu, 31 Jul 2014KTMannounced plans to enter the MotoGP World Championship with a brand new V-4 prototype to be called the KTM RC16. KTM would be the latest major manufacturer announcing plans to enter the series, following the current ongoing projects by Aprilia and Suzuki. Chief Executive Officer Stefan Pierer announced the news in an interview with Swiss site Speedweek.com, saying the company plans to reveal the RC16 in fall 2015 and spend 2016 developing it.
KTM Adventure 1290 Spied Testing
Mon, 23 Apr 2012German photogs have captured images of a new prototype suspected to be the upcoming KTM Adventure 1290. The photos, published by Italian site InfoMotori, reveal a very early prototype with a large V-Twin engine, a 21-inch wire-spoke front wheel and KTM‘s distinctive orange frame. The profile resembles KTM’s current Adventure 99o, but the fairing appears more angular and the headlight appears to be new.
2013 KTM 1190 Adventure Revealed in Leaked Brochure
Tue, 18 Sep 2012Pictures and details of an all-new 2013 KTM 1190 Adventure have emerged from a brochure that briefly appeared on KTM‘s official website. The document has since been removed but not before we got our hands on them. Expected to be unveiled at the 2012 Intermot show in Cologne, Germany, in just a few weeks, the latest adventure touring bike from KTM will be powered by a 1190cc V-Twin engine, not a 1290cc powerplant as initially expected.
