KTM Other description
2012 KTM 350 SXF, The initial idea was to line up in the motocross/450 class with a bike featuring reduced displacement, but all the advantages of a lighter bike. The final result was the birth of the 350 SX-F and foundations being laid for a legend. Its first victory in the first world championship race and the world championship title in its first season what better proof could there be for the brilliance of this concept? The sensation of the 2010 MX season enters the next round with a revamped chassis and an even more robust clutch.

Pit Biking; good clean fun for all the family
Wed, 01 Feb 2012If you haven’t tried Pit Biking yet, you’re missing out on some incredible fun, and it won’t break the bank. The majority of pit bikes are of Chinese origin and I guess, are best described as modern day monkey bikes. Yes Chinese, and I’ve witnessed them being thrashed round all day long without missing a beat, so Jonny Wong and co. are finally getting there on quality and reliability! Although Pit Bikes are designed for off road use, an extra few hundred quid spent on matching up wheels, fitting tarmac tyres and some crash protection will mean you’re track ready for a total of around £600.
A postcard from Moto GP Jerez
Fri, 04 May 2012If the weather over the Jerez Moto GP weekend was dull then the atmosphere in the press room was the complete opposite. After the carnage and chaos during the Moto 3 race, the amazing Romano Fenati (in only his second GP) had the Italian journalists celebrating as he crossed the line to win. I smiled as they simultaneously began singing ‘Y Viva Espana’ as if to signify the end of Spanish dominance in the junior GP class.
