KTM Other description

2006 Ktm 950 Supermoto Orange, Comes with carbon fiber wheels! Awesome bike! - Winding mountain roads dont look the part - they also have a viperish nature, you know? They make you feel safe only to burst you along hidden switchbacks just a second later. You can only win if you have low weight. Sharp and precise, the 950 Supermoto passes its feedback directly to the rider - pulling the poison fangs of the serpentines will be a pleasure.

Carbon Fibre race bikes, and a KTM makes it debut on the BSB Motostar rostrum

Tue, 26 Jun 2012

Many think Carbon Fibre chassis are relatively new to motorcycle racing but I can lay claim to having been there and done that almost thirty years ago. I first rode a Carbon/Kevlar 250cc Armstrong in 1983 before going on to grab four British titles and pretty much every national lap record over the next three years. I also had some top ten 250cc Grand Prix finishes although I was totally gutted when my team mate Donnie McLeod topped me by finishing 2nd in the Belgian GP at Spa.

Report: KTM 390 Duke to Launch at EICMA

Wed, 24 Oct 2012

KTM and Bajaj Auto will launch a new 375cc member of is entry-level Duke lineup, reports Indian site Zigwheels. Previous reports had KTM developing a 350 Duke as an extension of its 125 and 200 Duke (pictured above) family. The 350 Duke was also listed on a leaked Powerpoint slide from a North American dealer meeting we published in February, so this new model may be the first of the small-displacement Duke family to make it to the U.S.

2014 AMA Supercross – Anaheim 3 Results

Mon, 03 Feb 2014

Chad Reed tasted victory for the second time in three weeks at Angel Stadium in Anaheim, Calif., leading all 20 laps and fending off a last-lap challenge from rookie upstart Ken Roczen. Reed, who also won the Jan. 18 round in the second of three Anaheim races, now trails fellow Kawasaki rider Ryan Villopoto by just two points in the 2014 AMA Supercross championship race.
