KTM Other description

2006 KTM 250 SXF IN SHOWROOM CONDITION. BIKE IS COMPLETELY STOCK. IT HAS A six GEAR TRANSMISSION, SO EVEN THOUGH IT IS A MOTOCROSS BIKE, IT WORKS PERFECTLY FOR TRAIL RIDING. I AM THE 2nd OWNER; BOTH OWNERS HAVE BEEN OLD GUYS, WHO PRE-OWNED THE BIKE FOR TRAIL RIDING ONLY. I HATE TO SELL IT, BUT NEED THE MONEY. I ALSO HAVE A NEW 5' X 8' TRAILER FOR SALE. I BOUGHT IT FROM D + B SUPPLY FOR $700, AND WILL TAKE $600 FOR IT (I'VE PRE-OWNED IT 3 TIMES, SO IT'S OBVIOUSLY IN NEW CONDITION, SEE INCLUDED PHOTO). $2500 CASH FOR THE BIKE, $600 CASH FOR THE TRAILER, OR $3000 CASH IF YOU BUY THEM BOTH. I HAVE THE TITLE FOR BOTH THE BIKE AND THE TRAILER. THANKS, DAN).

AMA Pro Racing Announces Basic Twins Flat Track Class for 2014 Season

Fri, 12 Apr 2013

AMA Pro Racing announced a new class for Flat Track racing designed to provide a new stepping stone for up-and-coming Pro-licensed racers, replacing the Pro Singles class in 2014. The new class, to be called Basic Twins, is more or less a revival of the Basic Expert Twins division that ran during the 2007 and 2008 seasons, but dropped when the Pro Singles class was introduced for 2009. The new class will give young racers a chance to showcase their skills on Twins, easing their transition to eventually enter the Grand National Expert Twins class.

The World Superbike Championship‘s European Junior Cup youth racing series will switch to race-prepped KTM 690 Duke motorcycles for 2012 from the Kawasaki Ninja 250R racebikes used in its inaugural 2011 season. The rebranded KTM European Junior Cup will be open to riders 14-19 and will be held at eight WSBK rounds in 2012. The series was conceived as an entry point for young racers, providing them opportunities to develop their skills before moving up to higher classes such as the World Superstock Championship and beyond.
