2014 1190 Adventure. I bought this bike new in December of 2014. I added the aluminum bags before I installed them they were custom painted black. The other items I installed were heated seats,heated grips,skid plate,over sized foot pegs,taller wind screen,tank bag, GPS mounting bracket,upper crash bars,high power LED lights with dimmer switch, several extra accessory plugs one next to the seat and one on the dash,brush guard for the radiator, K&N air filter.
As you can see this bike is immaculate. there are a few small scratches on the rims from changing rubber but that's about it.Most of the 4300 miles are highway. I have done all the maintenance myself with the exception of the software. I recently had it updated. I just don't ride enough anymore to justify keeping it. That's the only reason why I'm selling.I have the stock seat,foot pegs, and wind screen that will go with the bike. what does not go with the bike is the GPS that is in the pics. This is local pick up only unless you are willing to arrange the shipping. I will transport the bike up to a 100 miles for free but I will not crate it. I have 3 large airports within 60 miles if you are doing a fly in and ride. I will pick you up. I am not interested in any trades.For the successful bidder I require a $500.00 deposit within 24 hours after the sale and certified bank check when you pick up. KTM 690 Duke Replaces Kawasaki Ninja 250R for WSBK’s 2012 European Junior Cup
Fri, 20 Jan 2012The World Superbike Championship‘s European Junior Cup youth racing series will switch to race-prepped KTM 690 Duke motorcycles for 2012 from the Kawasaki Ninja 250R racebikes used in its inaugural 2011 season. The rebranded KTM European Junior Cup will be open to riders 14-19 and will be held at eight WSBK rounds in 2012. The series was conceived as an entry point for young racers, providing them opportunities to develop their skills before moving up to higher classes such as the World Superstock Championship and beyond.

EICMA 2011 Preview: 2012 KTM 690 Duke
Mon, 31 Oct 2011KTM has released a video teasing its redesigned 690 Duke, which is set to make its debut at the 2011 EICMA show. The 2012 690 Duke will be powered by what KTM claims is the world’s most powerful Single-cylinder engine in production, with output expected to be close to 70hp. Updates include a side-mounted exhaust instead of the previous version’s underslung silencer, ABS, ride-by-wire throttle and weight savings from a new manufacturing process for the structural fairing and subframe.
