Kawasaki Vulcan description

Selling a 2002 Kawasaki 1500cc Mean Streak with only 8300 miles. This bike has been barely ridden and adult owned. It rides, sounds and looks great. It has a set of Vance and Hines Pipes and a Jet Kit, it is probably the best sounding bike I have ever heard. The bike was dropped once while being washed, therefore it has a minor dent on the left side of the tank (see the picture). It has a rear plate eliminator with the license plate side mount and LED turn signals, which gives the bike a unique and custom look. The front tire was replaced less then 100 miles ago, the oil change was done about 1500 miles ago. The bike has been always serviced on time, I have most of the receipts to prove that. I also have the original manual, 2 pair of keys and the key code (if the key has to be ever duplicated).
I also have a pair of custom hard leather saddlebags (red and black), matching the color of the bike and brackets with the necessary hardware for a quick installation. They are valued at around $300-$400, I'll give them at no extra cost with the bike.
I have a clear California title on hands and a current registration (expires the end of this year).

Thu, 02 Aug 2012

Kawasaki announced its 2013 Ninja 250 beginner model with an updated engine, ABS and ZX-10R-inspired styling. The changes come as Kawasaki faces competition in Honda‘s CBR250R which has stolen some of the Ninjette’s sales. The updated 249cc Parallel Twin engine receives new sleeveless die-cast cylinders as well as updated pistons, crankcases and a new exhaust.

2014 WSBK – Aragon Results

Mon, 14 Apr 2014

Reigning World Superbike Champion Tom Sykes put on a clinic this weekend, leading every lap in both races to claim a pair of wins at Spain’s Motorland Aragon circuit. Sykes’ Kawasaki teammate Loris Baz was right there with him, recording a pair of second-place podiums to give Team Green a pair of one-two finishes. Sykes and Baz were also one-two in the Superpole qualifying on this nearly flawless weekend for the Kawasaki factory team.

NZ Superbike Series Points Leader Is A Grandfather Of Three!

Tue, 14 Jan 2014

Dennis Charlett is stamping his authority on the New Zealand Superbike championship. The 45 year-old father of five and grandfather of three (no, those aren’t typos) won the first three races of the season during the series opener in Christchurch, placing him firmly at the top of the points standings heading into round two at Levels Raceway, near Timaru. The championship favorite certainly got the wake-up call as Taupo’s Suzuki rider Scott Moir raced to a convincing win in Saturday’s Superbike race, while Charlett was forced to settle for fourth place.
