Needs a new stator, or rotor (manual says that the get de-magnetized with age.has scratches on gas tank and front fender has very small dent. Has fire and steel crash guard s.s. radiator guard,, voltmeter, windshield, back rack, non-ripped seat, clean motor, matuza hard saddlebags, Michelin continental 2 tires front and rear with less than 200 miles on them, transmission shifter bar inside cases was re-welded last year(engine tore completely down and inspected last year- paid $1700 )

Mon, 05 Jan 2009In addition to Metallic Diablo Black, Sunbeam Red and Candy Thunder Blue, the 2009 Ninja 250R will be available in a Special Edition Lime Green and Metallic Diablo Black combination. The great-looking paint scheme of the new Special Edition Ninja 250R which features Kawi green with black side panels, echoes the MotoGP ZX-RR. This is a strange time to release such a bike since the British motorsports site Autosport.com recently reported that the Japanese manufacturer will announce its withdrawal from MotoGP racing on Jan.
Kawasaki Reveals Supercharged Inline-Four Engine
Wed, 20 Nov 2013Kawasaki announced it is developing what it calls the world’s first supercharger developed by a motorcycle manufacturer. The giant Japanese company called on its extensive experience in working with turbine engines, and distilled the technology for motorcycle applications, showing a supercharged Inline-Four engine at the 2013 Tokyo Motor Show. No details were given on the size of the sample engine, though diagrams included in Kawasaki’s patent applications for motorcycle superchargers include one image that looks vaguely similar to the Ninja ZX-14R.
