Kawasaki Vulcan description
Yes, it is loud and fast! The Vulcan 800/900 series bikes are comparable to Harley Sportsters, and at half the price. I need to make room for another bike so I'm selling this one. I've owned it since February and rode it to Cali once, plus all over AZ. I just put a Quick-Detach windshield on it. It has 16,700 actual miles on it. Hypercharger and Cobra drag pipes and yes, it has been re-jetted. Cobra gunfighter seat, you'll love it but the wife/girlfriend will complain after 50 mis. The tank, fenders and side covers have just been painted gloss black, previous owner went with a matte black that I didn't like. Lots of aftermarket chrome goodies. The images were taken today! I have some wiggle room and I'm motivated to sell, but be reasonable. Believe it or not, I will take a nicer scooter in partial trade, as my wife would like something to go to work on. (Stella, Yamaha Vino or Zuma, Honda Metropolitan or Ruckus or Helix or Reflex. Absolutely no Chinese junk. I have a Clean title on the Vulcan, I expect you to have the same. Call or text, Joe at.

Fri, 07 Jan 2011We all like to save a shilling if we can, especially these days, but sometimes, doing a job yourself, cutting corners and generally grubbing round being tight fisted actually ends up costing you more money than biting the bullet and putting your hand a bit deeper into your pocket to get a proper job done. The problem is, I come from a long line of, erm, frugal Yorkshire b####rds going back generations, and I seem to be hardwired as a bit of a skinflint. My dad, although never actually short of money, that I could remember, didn’t like spending it.
Simon and Leo
Thu, 11 Aug 2011If you are a track day regular this year, you may well have bumped into former racer and friendly Kiwi, Simon Crafar. I first met him in Malaysia in 1990 when he was riding for a Yamaha dealer team, sweating his way round circuits like Shah Alam and Johor Bahru but with a long term plan to make it onto the World scene. And he didn’t take long as after riding for Honda in the UK in 1992 he moved to WSB in 1994 and enjoyed success with both the Honda and Kawasaki factory teams.
