2011 Kawasaki Vulcan 900 LT Classic Storm Trike

I paid 18,000 for this new in 2012 and spent over $1000 in extras. It will loan out (12600)  and you won't find nothing nicer for the price I want. It's ready to go now. Only 2660 miles on it 2011 Vulcan LT Classic Storm , Made for Kawasaki by Lehman trikes. Gel and memory foam seat, cost me $275. Screamin Eagle mufflers (not loud) $150.  Polished aluminum wheels and tires $500  Cobra processor box $200.     I also have the wheels that came with the stock Lehman kit and two extra new tires that go with Bike and some extra chrome items.    . A number of manufacturers have tinkered with various three-wheeled motorcycle applications over the years. Companies like Piaggio, Can-Am, Brudeli and even Harley-Davidson have produced unique trikes with ranging levels of success. The Wesll Corporation is attempting to do one better, literally, as it develops a four-wheeled mechanism that could be applied to many different kinds of bikes.

These two beautiful Z1R Kawasakis appeared at the annual Mooneyes Yokohama Custom show last weekend. With one sporting a street/strip look (spot the belly-scraping ride height and rigid rear struts) and the other undergoing a sort of modernisation, they both reminded me just how handsome and unique the original slab-sided Z1R was.  Judging by some of the other wild and weird exhibits I made a mental note to myself: must make sure I'm in Japan this time next year.

Chris Vermeulen to Replace Colin Edwards at Le Mans

NGM Forward Racing has named veteran MotoGP racer Chris Vermeulen the substitute rider for the injured Colin Edwards at the May 20 French Grand Prix at Le Mans. Vermeulen will ride the team’s BMW-powered Suter Claiming Rule machine. Vermeulen raced four full seasons in MotoGP from 2006-2009, all with the Rizla Suzuki team.
