2010 Kawasaki Vulcan 900 Custom, Great style mixed with great comfort! - Wasn’t really built in a custom shop it just looks, rides and feels that way! It’s called Custom because this is how riders did it back when they rolled their own: A flat handlebar sits in custom clamps atop distinctive forks that hold a tall, slender custom-looking front wheel. A bobbed (as in shortened) rear fender perches over a fat tire, and cool, clean components fill out the middle — including a rumbling fuel-injected 903 cubic centimeter V-twin exhaling through dual slash-cut exhausts, a low gunfighter-style seat, and forward-mounted footpegs complete its rakish image.

For those unfamiliar, Feel Like A Pro provides Kawasaki Ninja 250 race bike rentals across the west coast for a nominal fee of $299. The namesake comes from the experience you get, as a technician, gas, and tires are all included in the cost.

Mon, 23 Apr 2012The Netherlands hosted a dramatic weekend of World Superbike racing that featured a red-flagged wet race, several riders crashing while leading, a first-time race winner, a photo finish between two teammates and the reigning World Champion finishing out of the points because of a poor choice of tires. The 2011 WSBK Champion Carlos Checa arrived at Assen with the lead in the championship and a three-race winning streak, but opting to run wet tires in Race Two cost him the lead and may have contributed to a crash that severely injured Liberty Racing‘s Brett McCormick. Mon, 23 Jul 2012Marco Melandri bit a chunk off of Max Biaggi‘s World Superbike championship points lead by taking a pair of wins at Brno. The double was the first in Melandri’s career and the first for BMW. Biaggi, who arrived in the Czech Republic with four wins and nine podium finishes in ten previous races at Brno, was held off the podium this year, shrinking his lead in the championship to 21 points from 48.
