Kawasaki Vulcan description

2009 KAWASAKI VULCAN EN 500 LTD

- This bike was purchased in March of 2012 from Orlando YAMAHA-KAWASAKI Dealer with only 1915 miles.
- Currently (as of Aug 21) has 8307 miles
- It has since been owned and operated by myself - an experienced adult motorcycle driver.
- Always kept in safe garage.
- Since day 1 this motorcycle has been pampered and well taken care of.  All maintenance is up to date.
- Recent services include chain adjusting and new battery (April 2013)
- Have driven the bike for long distances with no problems.
- Motorcycle has never been dropped.  No accidents.
- Starts smooth.  Runs like a beast!  Shifts smoothly.
- Great fuel economy.  $10 premium gas gives you 100+ miles on the road!
- Has 6 speed transmission, double chrome pipes, trip odometer, 4 gallon tank, chain drive
- Looks/feels/sounds just like a big motorcycle.
- Mechanically this bike is in perfect condition.  Needs nothing except for an oil change.
- Cosmetically beautiful.  Only defect is a small scratch (about an inch long on top of the tank by the gas lid).
- Just spent a full day polishing all the chrome and metal parts to have this bike looking brand-new for its new owner.
- Selling because I bought a car, and no longer need her.

Japanese jokes: Kawasaki introduced the "new" sports bike Ninja ZX-6R

Thu, 11 Oct 2018

The quotation marks are not accidental - the old ZX-6R is hidden under another dress. However, there are still some innovations. The first thing the 2019 sportbike differs from its predecessor, which debuted in 2013, has completely different lining and LED optics in the spirit of the younger Ninja 400.

Kawasaki Reveals Supercharged Inline-Four Engine

Wed, 20 Nov 2013

Kawasaki announced it is developing what it calls the world’s first supercharger developed by a motorcycle manufacturer. The giant Japanese company called on its extensive experience in working with turbine engines, and distilled the technology for motorcycle applications, showing a supercharged Inline-Four engine at the 2013 Tokyo Motor Show. No details were given on the size of the sample engine, though diagrams included in Kawasaki’s patent applications for motorcycle superchargers include one image that looks vaguely similar to the Ninja ZX-14R.
