2009 KAWASAKI VULCAN 500 LTD EN500 This 500 was just traded-in. It is in fair condition and has low miles 3K. The bike is completely stock. It has been dropped a couple times on each side. The damage is is only cosmetic. The tank has a dent on the right side. The tank emblem is damaged on the left side. The exhaust mufflers both have some scratches on the ends. (see pictures) Nothing is bent or broken. I have detailed and safety checked the bike. I will be installing a new front tire as it has some rot and new front brakes. The rear tire and brakes are fine with the tread on the tire like new and no rot. I have cleaned the carburetors. All the lights, horn and gauges work 100%. I have taken this Vulcan on a reliability run and the engine, clutch and transmission all work and sound as they should. Mon, 07 May 2012Ryan Dungey scored his fourth win of the season but it was not enough to take second place in the points race behind champion Ryan Villopoto. That honor went to JGRMX Yamaha‘s Davi Millsaps who placed second to Dungey in the season-ending race at Sam Boyd Stadium in Las Vegas. Dungey took the holeshot and led every lap to take the win for Red Bull KTM.
WSBK: 2012 Brno Results
Mon, 23 Jul 2012Marco Melandri bit a chunk off of Max Biaggi‘s World Superbike championship points lead by taking a pair of wins at Brno. The double was the first in Melandri’s career and the first for BMW. Biaggi, who arrived in the Czech Republic with four wins and nine podium finishes in ten previous races at Brno, was held off the podium this year, shrinking his lead in the championship to 21 points from 48.
