The public relations team at Kawasaki Motors Corporation led by Kevin Allen, Manager, PR + Brand Experience, has a new structure. Brad Puetz has been promoted to the position of Media Relations Supervisor and will be responsible for developing and implementing new public relations activities and new model launches. 2013 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R Homologated for AMA Pro Racing Despite 636cc Displacement

The 2013 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R has been homologated for AMA Pro Racing, making it eligible for the Daytona Sportbike and Supersport classes for 2013. The news comes as a bit of a surprise as those classes typically consist of Inline Four racebikes with a displacement smaller than 600cc. The new Ninja ZX-6R immediately carries a displacement advantage over its I-4 competition in the class such as the Honda CBR600R, Suzuki GSX-R600 and Yamaha YZF-R6.

Lee Rocker To Play Free Concert At AIMExpo

Lee Rocker, of 1980′s Stray Cats fame, and still considered one of the most influential upright bass players in rock n’ roll history, will perform a free concert at the AIMExpo Saturday Night, October 18 outside of the AIMExpo show floor at Orlando’s Orange County Convention Center (OCCC). Rocker and the band take the stage at 7 p.m. to deliver a rockabilly performance. All AIMExpo attendees with either an admission ticket or a show badge are welcome to attend the intimate performance. Rocker’s performance is sponsored by the Ace Cafe Orlando, Bell Helmets, Kawasaki, Metzeler, AIMExpo, and MOTOTV. Ace Cafe, the legendary British hub for vintage motorcycle, car and music events, announced plans to open its first U.S.
