The Nomad's 90 cubic-inch V-twin engine generates incredible torque with its high-compression pistons and performance-oriented cam timing. There are four valves per cylinder actuated by single overhead cams. Hydraulic lash adjusters automatically maintain valve clearance for smooth engine performance, reduced noise and minimal maintenance, and automatic cam chain tensioners keep cam timing accurate and provide greater reliability with virtually no upkeep.
The Nomad features all the styling elements befitting a class-leading cruiser, including twin chrome exhaust pipes, chrome engine guards, rider and passenger floorboards, and polished alloy wheels. Equally important, however, are the touring accessories, such as an adjustable windshield, plush air-assisted rear suspension, a sculpted seat for one- or two-up long-distance riding, ergonomic controls and adjustable levers. James Stewart Signs With Joe Gibbs Racing – Bubba Returning to Motocross and Eying Future in Nascar

Stewart raced the last three years with the L & M Yamaha factory team, and he will continue with the Tuning Fork brand with JGRMX, riding a Yamaha YZ450F. The two-time AMA Supercross and one-time AMA Motocross Champion will debut with JGRMX at the Jan.

Results From Day 1 Of World Superbike Testing At Phillip Island
Mon, 17 Feb 2014Eugene Laverty, aboard his Voltcom Crescent Suzuki GSX-R1000, led the field today as the first day of World Superbike testing got underway at the Phillip Island circuit in Australia, site of the first race of the 2014 season. Under sunny skies and perfect weather conditions, Laverty adapted quickly to his new ride after spending last season aboard the Aprilia RSV4 Factory. The Suzuki offered incredible feedback and allowed him to push right out of the gates, ultimately setting a fastest lap time of 1:30.513.
