Kawasaki Vulcan description

2002 Kawasaki Vulcan 800 Classic, CUSTOM CRUISER - The Kawasaki Vulcan 800 Classic motorcycle is truly the epitome of custom-cruiser attitude. Reminiscent of the 1950s, the Vulcan 800 Classic is loaded with nostalgic traits, such as deeply valanced fenders and a big, fat tire on the spoked front wheel. Chromed covers make the fork downtubes shine and are complemented by a large chromed headlight housing. The tank-mounted speedometer adds extra custom look appeal, as does the low-stepped seat. This classic styling, combined with modern performance features and affordable pricing, make this V-twin cruiser a class leader on the sales floor.

Kawasaki to Release New KLR650S Variant for 2023 (UPDATED)

Tue, 12 Jul 2022

Variant appears in Australia certifications Kawasaki surprised us all a year ago when it brought back the KLR650, resurrecting the venerable adventure bike with fuel injection, updated styling, and a new one-piece frame. For the U.S., the third-generation KLR650 was available in a few different flavors, the base model, the Traveler model with a top case and the Adventure model with side cases, auxiliary lighting and engine guards, not to mention ABS versions of the base and Adventure models. Kawasaki Australia offered two versions for 2022, the KLR650 (model code KL650F) and the KLR650 Adventure (model code KL650H).

2024 Kawasaki KLX300/KLX300SM Review – First Ride

Mon, 18 Dec 2023

A winning formula gets even more… winning-er Photos: Kevin Wing Kawasaki’s media guy Brad Puetz (pronounced like the actor, though this Brad is not nearly as good looking or famous) said something that stuck with me. “Between the Versys 650 and this, these are the two bikes journalists tend to buy most from us.” As a previous Versys 650 owner – purchased from MO’s former Editorial Director Sean Alexander, and then passed down after me to another former MO staffer Tom Roderick, we can certainly attest to the first part. 2024 Kawasaki KLX300/KLX300SM Kawasaki has an unexpected success with the KLX300 and KLX300SM, so instead of massive changes for what's essentially an entry-level motorcycle, Kawasaki decided to make it look better.

Oh hi there Mobil!

There was a time when Grand Prix racing was a lucrative affair, with the bikes and their riders resembling the fag packets that sponsored them. However, two unfortunate and costly blows hit the paddock; the banning of tobacco advertising in 2005 followed by the global economic crisis. The off-shoot saw grid numbers drastically dwindle with staple teams, like Kenny Roberts' outfit, and manufacturers, Kawasaki and Suzuki, succumbing to the events and disappearing.
