1978 Kawasaki kz650c This bike is a 2012 show winner, many new parts, superbike bars, new cables, clutch plates, nickel chain, sprockets, rebuilt entire brake system, rebuilt carbs and jetted, new tires, full vance and hines exhaust. pro paint work tank is flawless! This bike does run but needs a little work, getting oil in carbs needs valve seals done. Has misfire around 7000 rpm do to oil I think. also has new coils and wires so many new parts to list. Will need to be trailered home. This is a $3000 bike all day but it does need engine work so I am listing it at a great price. You will not find a better looking kz650 just needs some tlc. I have CLEAR TITLE in my name. NO shipping local pickup only, no paypal cash on pickup. Bike is in Marengo IL.

2014 WSBK – Misano Results

Kawasaki‘s Tom Sykes won both races at Misano to stretch his championship lead to 39 points as we pass the halfway mark of the 2014 World Superbike Championship. The reigning champion scored his third double-win round of the season while his teammate Loris Baz added a pair of second-place finishes. David Salom on the Kawasaki’s factory EVO entry was also the top rider in the new sub-class for both races to top off a strong weekend for the Team Green.

The 2012 AMA Supercross season is shaping up to be a tight one, with four racers and former champions healthy and jockeying for position on top of the points standings. Ryan Villopoto, Chad Reed, Ryan Dungey and James Stewart have all claimed wins in the first four rounds. After the second Anaheim round, the four contenders, representing four different manufacturers, are separated by just 13 points.

The Netherlands hosted a dramatic weekend of World Superbike racing that featured a red-flagged wet race, several riders crashing while leading, a first-time race winner, a photo finish between two teammates and the reigning World Champion finishing out of the points because of a poor choice of tires. The 2011 WSBK Champion Carlos Checa arrived at Assen with the lead in the championship and a three-race winning streak, but opting to run wet tires in Race Two cost him the lead and may have contributed to a crash that severely injured Liberty Racing‘s Brett McCormick.
