The final assembly was completed by Motodrive in Littleton, Massachusetts. The bike was completely dissasembled, repainted, and restored using as many period correct Honda OEM and NOS parts as possible. I have been selling a few of the bikes that don't get the use that they should and I'd like to see them sold to someone who will really enjoy them. Up for auction is a 1982 Honda CB 900 custom in excellent condition, has almost 45,000 miles, runs and drives good, new battery and plugs, could use a carb cleaning, kindof cold blooded. Bike is pretty much rust free, very clean, chrome is very nice. Has an oil leak when running, I'm not sure where it's coming from, could be the tappet cover gasket but not for sure, tires have good tread but are weather checked, needs new ones, everything works on bike, has factory fairing with radio that works, inside of tank is clean, seat is nice but I don't think it's original cover.

Top end, timing chains, valves, compression, etc were all inspected and issues addressed as needed, title reads 12 miles on the odometer and I put about 100 miles on it. Im sure your probably thinking how can a bike someone have owned for two years and only put a 100 miles on it.

This bike runs great and has no mechanical issues. I just took it for a 200 mile ride with no problems and the bike is comfortable at 90, but thats not it's top speed.I am a professional mechanic and I did all the work on it, and as I did it I painted all the small parts on the bike, and polished all the aluminum parts then clear coated them. It dulled the shine some but it makes it so you will never have to polish them again.Has new progressive springs front and rear, rebuilt front forks with new seals, new front pads and all brake calipers painted.

1982 Honda CB900F Supersport Clean, modified supersport, FCR's, CBR wheels etc. etc. I have owned this bike since 2005. In 2008 I tore it completely down to the bare frame. The frame was media blasted and powder coated, along with a number of the bolt-on items; rear set backing plates, taillight mount etc. While the bike had always run well, I gave the engine a quick overhaul while it was out of the frame. The engine received a valve lap, new timing chain tensioners and a complete OEM gasket set including new head and base gaskets and new valve stem seals. A set of CB1100F cams were fitted during reassembly as the 1100F cams have a slightly hotter profile than the 900F units. A larger aftermarket oil coiler and braided oil cooler lines were also fitted. Valves have been checked and adjusted regularly and the oil and filter changed each season.

Traction control and updated instruments expected The California Air Resources Board has issued an executive order for what we expect to be an updated Kawasaki Z650RS for the 2024 model year. The update is expected to be relatively minor, adding traction control to the Z650RS. The update would bring the retro RS model in line with the more modern-styled Z650 and the Ninja 650, both of which were updated with traction control for 2023, as well as the Versys 650 which received traction control in 2022.
