Kawasaki Other description

Forget the high-beam, the standard driving light is superior to anything I've ever encountered for width and depth. The tail light is extremely bright as well. This is very good work for a stock motorcycle in this price range. The exhaust - let's talk about the thing that people who look at the bike talk the most about. I love it. It's innovative, it sounds really good, and it's REALLY HARD TO BURN YOUR LEG ON. The whole bike looks like art in a picture, and it looks minimalist - like it's missing parts. The paint quality is superior as well, but color has a lot to do with that too. This low mile Ninja is a fun sport bike that just needs an owner.Call or Text Steve @ and let's pop a wheelie!Price excludes a $699 dealer fee, tax and tag.

Isle of Man TT 2013: Lightweight TT Race Results

Fri, 07 Jun 2013

James Hillier set new lap time and race time records in a dominating victory in the Lightweight TT race for the 2013 Isle of Man TT. All three of the Kawasaki rider’s lap times were faster than the previous lap record for the Lightweight TT class, for a record overall time of 57:42.245 and average speed of 117.694 mph. The race started with another Kawasaki rider (the class is dominated with Kawasaki Ninja 650s with a few Suzuki SV650s) Dean Harrison taking the early lead through the Glen Helen viewpoint but Hillier was right on his tail about half a second behind.

Kawasaki Producing 599cc 2013 Ninja ZX-6R for Japanese Racing Homologation

Wed, 31 Oct 2012

When Kawasaki announced it was upping the engine displacement for the Ninja ZX-6R to 636cc, the immediate question on many Team Green fans’ minds was what it would mean for the company’s supersport racing efforts. Kenan Sofuloglu won the 2012 World Supersport Championship on a Kawasaki ZX-6R, but under the regulations, he may not be allowed to defend his title next season on the 2013 model as homologation requirements in Supersport racing series limit Inline-Fours to displacements smaller than 600cc. Fear not however, as Kawasaki will be producing a special version of the ZX-6R with an engine displacement of 599cc, the same as the 2012 version.
