Kawasaki Other description

I am selling my 2009 Kawasaki Versys (kle650) with 2890 original miles. The bike looks like a Aprilia Dorsoduro ,or a Ducati Hypermotard and r.eally turns heads. The bike has a lower profile Kawasaki ninja 650 fuel tank and new matching paint. The bike has a motard front fender, new mirrors, new billet shifter, new hand guards, new grips, new bars, new K&N air filter, new synthetic oil,new oil filter, new coolant, and much more! The bike will come with the original supper comfy step up seat and also a new racing flat seat. The bike currently has good motard tires and we have a set of offroad tires. The bike has a streetfighter headlight and a motard headlight(it comes with both). The bike is really like two bikes in one. I have the original fuel tank(its in perfect shape with no scratches or dents and they sell for around $500.00), the original headlight and bracket but I sold the fairing and fairing mounting bracket! The bike has never been down or wrecked and looks great! I built the bike to look like my Aprilia Dorsoduro /super motard bike(I did not like it when I purchased it as  it was very top heavy and looked like a bug from the front) and it wood be a great offroad bike. The bike has the super reliable parallel twin that produces great torque and is light and gets around 60 miles per. gallon. Unlike most dual purpose or adventure bikes the bike is great on the highway or around town. The bike is fuel injection(no carb cleaning)and does not need to warmed up.The super motard bikes are great fun for intown trips,  or chasing your boss down the steps at work on it to try and get that raise you deserve! Im very sorry but I will not accept any trades of any kind for the bike! Im very sorry but I don't sell any parts from any of my bikes! The bike is ready to ride anywhere! ny questions feel free to ask!

Scammers don't waist your time as I will not sell to anyone I cant call(and the scam about im on a million doolar research vessel or drilling rig is silly as I guarantee if they spent millions of dollars to build it they have a phone to use)!

2010 Kawasaki Concours 14 Traction Control [video]

Thu, 29 Oct 2009

With the new Concours, Kawi created its first traction control system. Unlike the ABS, the rider can disable or enable KTRC, and can do so on the fly. The new TC system isn’t level selectable, like, say, Ducati’s DTC, and it isn’t intended to allow a rider to go faster on their Connie.

Kawasaki is marking the 40th anniversary of its KX dirt bike lineup with a special web page and a new documentary (look for Part 1 below). The KX legacy began in 1974 with the KX250 which was based on the works machine ridden by AMA Motorcycle Hall of Famer Jimmy Weinert in 1973. The KX Dirt Domination page highlights the successes of the KX line over the last 40 years, including its astounding run in AMA Supercross and Motocross over the last decade.
