The ZZR1400 (Ninja ZX-14 in North America) is a motorcycle manufactured by and is currently their most powerful sport bike._2_ It was introduced at the Tokyo 2005 show_3_ and released for the 2006 model year as a replacement for the ZX-12R. The ZZR1400 is capable of accelerating from 0__60 mph in 2.5 seconds._4_ The top speed is electronically limited to 186 mph (299km/h). 2013 US Motorcycle Sales Data
Tue, 04 Feb 2014The Motorcycle Industry Council (MIC) reported a modest 1.4% growth in U.S. motorcycle and scooter sales in 2013, with consumers purchasing 465,783 vehicles. The sales data represents numbers from the MIC’s member brands which include BMW, Can-Am, Ducati, Harley-Davidson, Honda, Kawasaki, KTM, the Piaggio Group (which includes Aprilia, Moto Guzzi and Vespa), Victory, Suzuki, Triumph and Yamaha.

Mon, 27 Feb 2012Max Biaggi won the opening race to the 2012 World Superbike Championship while defending champion Carlos Checa came back from a high-speed crash in the first race to win the second at Australia’s Phillip Island circuit. Reigning champion Checa of Althea Ducati had a stunning high-side crash while leading on the sixth lap of Race One. The WSBK paddock was already in shock with the death of 17-year-old Oscar McIntyre in the Superstock 600 race the day before but thankfully Checa was not seriously injured.

Priced at £450 for riders and £125 for pillions, the tour includes a pre-event pack with maps and guides for the route, accommodation for two nights at the Panoramic Hotel in Sancerre, return ferry tickets and even a dedicated support vehicle, carrying tyre fitting equipment and tools, staffed by a qualified mechanic.A highly experienced rider will lead the tour, with another Kawasaki Tours staff member at the back, providing reassurance for all riders and the confidence to fully enjoy their continental trip.
