Had factory gold service at 2500 miles and 5300 miles, synthetic oils only, new back tire at 5,300 (nail). Compare to a Harley Electra-Glide, a lot more bike for the money and more reliable too. MSF Begins Year-long Real World Motorcycle Safety Study

Nixon passed in August, 2011, while recovering from heart surgery. A two-time AMA Grand National Champion (1967 – ’68), Nixon was an accomplished flattrack and road racer. He was inducted into the Motorcycle Hall of Fame in 1998.
