2005 Kawasaki Concours, Used, Touring Motorcycle, Two Tone Pearl Luster Beige /, Four-stroke, DOHC, 16-valve in-line four, Liquid cooled 1000cc, 18507 mi., 595 lbs. EXTRAS include custom backrest/travel rack, extra set of used but very good condition OEM saddlebages, new never used OEM windscreen, Kawasaki manual, Clymer manual, and headlight bulb. Bike has never been laid down or damaged in any way. NO Katrina damage. Ridden in rain only twice and always kept under cover. On average, gets 42 mpg. Kawasaki has created a new site for the new Ninja at http://www.kawasaki-challenge.com/ with a brief teaser video. Kawasaki has also set up a Twitter feed to reveal more hints about the new ZX-10R.
2012 Kawasaki Ninja 250R, Ninja 650 and Versys Pegged for Recall
Wed, 07 Mar 2012Kawasaki is issuing a recall for certain 2012 Ninja 250R and Ninja 650 sportbikes as well as the Versys 650 due to a risk of the passenger footpegs falling off. According to documents released by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the circlips on the footpegs’ mounting pins may break under engine vibrations, potentially leading the footpegs to detach. This poses a potential danger to the passenger.

Things you’ll need: flat screwdriver pliers sharp knife(steak) rough grit sand paper staple gun I’m unsure if all motorcycle seats are made of the same material so be wary before you start if your motorcycle isn’t a Kawasaki.
