Kawasaki Other description

2004 ZRX1200R.  I am the third owner of this motorcycle.  I purchased the bike two years ago with a little over 10K miles on it.  It was completely bone stock with an aftermarket muffler on it. This bike has never failed me and has been a rock star since the first day I got it.  It is a fantastic bike. Since I purchased it in 2011, the bike has been modified.  Here is a list of what has been done.

  • Fork Brace
  • LED Front Turn Signals
  • Jason Bar End Mirrors
  • Soft Grips
  • Throttle Lock
  • Kwik Throttle
  • Frame Sliders
  • Full Akropovic Exhaust
  • Sargent 2-Up Seat
  • Pods w/ K&N Filters
  • Outerwears Pre-Filters
  • Ivan's Jet Kit
  • Powder Coated Parts (winter 2012)
    • Wheels
    • Cush Drive
    • Rear Pegs and Kick Plates
  • Rear Fender Eliminator
  • Red LED Accent Lighting Kit
  • 12V Plug Under Seat
  • Aftermarket Front Rotors (pads done at same time)
  • Battery-Out Kit (relocated the batt. lower when switching to Pods to increase under seat storage)

The Scott's Steering Damper Shown In Photos Is NOT Included!!!!  (The stock bar clamp will be re-installed)

I am selling this bike because of lifestyle changes and I am ready to move on. I don't ride as much anymore and this bike needs to be appreciated.  It is absolutely great.  My loss is your gain. This bike is also still ridden on a weekly basis, so the mileage will change.  If the bike is sold, I will quit ridding and email a pic of the odometer to the buyer to confirm.  This bike is Sold AS-IS.

Kawasaki May Soon Reveal Naked Ninja 250 for Asia

Tue, 15 Jan 2013

Kawasaki will unveil a new naked version of the Ninja 250 this month, reports TMCBlog.com. The Malaysian Indonesian blog first published a sketch back in October of a new motorcycle believed to be a new model based on the Ninjette to be called either the ER250 or the Z250. TMCBlog.com now reports Kawasaki will be announced before the end of January, quoting Freddyanto Basuki, marketing manager of Kawasaki Motor Indonesia.

2023 Kawasaki KX450SR Special Racer - First Look

Tue, 04 Oct 2022

Showa me the money I was all Pavlov dogging when I read that the KX450SR “features elite-level racing components, special tuning and design elements inspired by the Monster Energy Kawasaki race team,” only to suffer slight cotton mouth when I learned that consists of nothing more than new SHOWA suspension components front and rear. I mean, obviously great suspension is critical to motorcycles that leap 40 feet into the air, but I felt like I was led to believe there’d be more. In fact, the rest of the 2022 package was already so blinged out, there wasn’t much more Kawasaki could add.

2010 Kawasaki Concours 14 Traction Control [video]

Thu, 29 Oct 2009

With the new Concours, Kawi created its first traction control system. Unlike the ABS, the rider can disable or enable KTRC, and can do so on the fly. The new TC system isn’t level selectable, like, say, Ducati’s DTC, and it isn’t intended to allow a rider to go faster on their Connie.
