Kawasaki Other description

Selling my Vulcan, its a nice bike. Needs nothing. Has a minor scratch on rear fender and front fender as shown in video. There is no other damage. Exhaust sounds great! It is a black in the shade and a blue metallic in the sun! Very nice! It has 200 miles on the rear tire so its brand new, the oil has 400 miles on it. The front tire will get two more seasons easy, maybe three. There are no dents on the bike anywhere.  It has real leather saddle bags, front and rear Mustang seats w/ sissy bar for passenger. Turn signals and headlight and brights work great, battery is great, the brakes are great. Bike is ready to ride as it sits with no problems. Has a quick release windshield mounting bracket installed. I bought a new bike. The bike was stolen from me before, but the police got it back. Someone stole it before and the police got it back. I've put quite a few of miles on this bike, rides great and is comfortable. Please bid responsibly. Thank You. Call or text 440-453-1609

2012 Kawasaki Ninja 250R, Ninja 650 and Versys Pegged for Recall

Wed, 07 Mar 2012

Kawasaki is issuing a recall for certain 2012 Ninja 250R and Ninja 650 sportbikes as well as the Versys 650 due to a risk of the passenger footpegs falling off. According to documents released by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the circlips on the footpegs’ mounting pins may break under engine vibrations, potentially leading the footpegs to detach. This poses a potential danger to the passenger.

EICMA 2013: 2014 Kawasaki Z1000 First Impressions Video

Tue, 05 Nov 2013

“It looks kind of angry!” That pretty much sums up what Editor-in-Chief Kevin Duke thinks of Kawasaki‘s newly redesigned Z1000 and its “sugomi” design philosophy. And for those of you who feel turned off by today’s machines and their dependance on the latest electronics, Kawasaki says the Z1000 does not have traction control because they want to keep it raw and untamed.
