1999 Kawasaki KDX 200 Dirt Bike; 2-stroke; six gear transmission; kick start; liquid cooled; FMF Fatty pipe & FMF silencer; new Wiseco clutch basket; new clutch kit; new Motion Pro clutch cable; new Wiseco piston kit; top end completely re-done by Forward Motion (Millennium Technologies out of Wisconsin); new rear tire, tube & band; new grips; new front & rear sprockets & chain; new re-covered seat; 21" front & 18" rear wheels/tires; good front & rear disc brakes; runs, drives & shifts great! We tore this bike down to the bare bones & brought it back to life; very nice dirt bike with good power. $1500 or possible trade of equal value or something of lesser value plus cash difference. Intermot 2012: Kawasaki Z800 Revealed in Cologne
Wed, 03 Oct 2012As expected, Kawasaki unveiled a new mid-sized model to its Z lineup at the 2012 Intermot show in Cologne, Germany. The new 2013 Z800 slots into Kawasaki’s European lineup replacing the Z750 below the Z1000. The Z800 also arrives as Kawasaki celebrates the 40th anniversary of the original Z1.
AMA Supercross: 2012 New Orleans Results
Mon, 16 Apr 2012Ryan Villopoto has already secured the 2012 AMA Supercross Championship but that doesn’t mean he’s ready to let up and take it easy over the remainder of the season. The Monster Energy Kawasaki racer clinched his second consecutive title two weeks ago in Houston, Texas, but he continued his dominance in AMA Supercross’ return to New Orleans’ Superdome, taking the holeshot and leading all 20 laps for his ninth win of the season in 14 rounds. The New Orleans round may have lacked some big names currently nursing injuries such as Ryan Dungey, James Stewart and Chad Reed, but Villopoto provided a star effort in the first AMA Supercross race in the city since 2009.
